ETHICS COMMISSION
Minutes of Regular Quarterly Meeting
Town Hall
Tuesday, April 17, 2012
7:30 p.m.
Meeting called to order by M. O’Brien at 7:32 p.m.
Members present – M. O’Brien, G. Peduzzi, D. Basler, R. Staab
- No press was present
- No members of the public were present
- Minutes of January 17, 2012 meeting unanimously approved, motion made by G. Peduzzi, seconded by D. Basler
- Appointment of alternate discussed. Posting will be placed on town of Old Lyme website.
- Any other business~–
- The following motion was made by G. Peduzzi and seconded by R. Staab:
“Public comment will be limited to three minutes per individual with longer comments submitted in writing to the Chair of the Ethics Commission forty-eight hours prior to the meeting per Section 43-7, Section C of the Code of Ethics.”
Motion passed unanimously.
- $25 was place in the annual budget for the Ethics Commisssion.
